What does Kita mean?
Kita embodies “north” and “we” in different languages. At Kita, we believe in togetherness and offering an uplifting experience to promote the health and wellbeing of our community!
What level are your classes?
Kita yoga is for everyone (even if you say you're not bendy). We also offer Foundations for our newbies and Advanced classes for steady practitioners.
What do I do if I am a beginner?
Give us a call and we will recommend the class and teacher for you!
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! Private and small group instruction is available by appointment - Call or email us to reserve. Contact info below.
New to Kita yoga?
Wear comfy clothes. Arrive early so we can get your deets – we recommend 15 mins before class.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Nope, we have lush mats by Reckless Red; a local, conscious business created by the sweetest couple. Our mats are non smelly and grippy but feel free to bring a towel if you would like.
Do you have showers?
Nah, we like to be dirty.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! Please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class. Monthly/unlimited members will have a day deducted for late cancels, and package holders will be charged for the class. Any late cancels on the fresh yogis intro offer will result in expiry of the intro offer.
Do you have a late policy?
We still love you if you're late but please make sure you arrive with your bum on the mat within 10 minutes from start of class.
